Spring Tide: A very neat and comfortable home set only 400 metres from the Barwon River & Ocean Grove golf course on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria. The home is air conditioned both upstairs and down, and gas heating provides for a warm and cozy house in the colder months. Golf clubs, a fully equipped games room and a welcoming back yard with undercover al fresco dining are just some of the reasons why this home is the most popular in Ocean Grove. This ‘family bonding house’ is jam packed with extras so that everyone from babies to the elderly can be entertained in the comfort of the house. DVD’s and ample movies, new magazines, toys, board games, 3 televisions, luxury reclining leather lounges & a welcoming feel are just features of this popular retreat. A king bed provides extra comfort in the first bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, 2 single beds (bunks) and a full size cot (rather than a port a cot) There are 2 sofa beds downstairs - one in the main living area and other in a rear porch that can be converted to a tucked away sleeping area. A high chair, mini table and chairs for the kids, & built in stair gates at the top and bottom allow for a child friendly home. Step into this home away from home, your children will feel instantly welcome with indoor and outdoor toys and games, a cubby house, 2 outdoor playgyms, and a shed equipped with a motorized rocket ship, full size pool table, dart board, blackboards, full size bowls, 10 game fooz ball table, beach gear including shelters and sand toys. Prams, trikes and bikes are also provided. For health reasons, please BYO bike helmets. Providing a happy and welcome environment for children is part of what we do so well, however if you arrive and need something, just call as we have a stockpile of child’s items on hand. Children’s bed linen is a classic example how we help to live up to our reputation as the best child friendly home in Ocean Grove. Pets are welcome here at Spring Tide Family House. A fully enclosed large backyard, dog kennel and sleeping mat are provided but kept discrete if you do not have a pet. If your pet is an inside pet, please let us know prior to arrival so that we can organize to steam clean the carpets as part of our changeover process. We upgrade our Ebb Tide/Spring Tide guests into Spring Tide/King Tide where possible at no charge! Spring Tide/King Tide must be available at the time, and last minute notification & permission from you is required prior to the upgrade. Because after all, you might want to stay at the home of your choice from the outset, especially if you want the bigger back yard of Ebb Tide or the games room that Spring Tide offers. Ocean Grove is a major holiday destination on the Bellarine Peninsula, located 25 km south-west of Geelong and 98 km south-west of Melbourne. Melway 483 G10. Ocean Grove's beaches are some of the best in Australia, great surf and golden soft sands all protected by high dunes. This picturesque town lies on the eastern bank of the Barwon River estuary which separates it from its twin town Barwon Heads. The river connects the ocean to Lake Connewarre. Cancellations:
A deposit of the first nights accommodation is required to secure a booking. 1. More than 21 days notice of cancellation is made - full refund is issued. 2. 7 - 21 days notice of cancellation is made - full refund returned unless the townhouse is not rebooked. 3. Less than 7 days notice (inc. non arrival) - full payment of period booked is required. A booking fee of $50.00 is payable for any cancellation made. During peak times, and for general bookings of 4 days or more, a minimum 60 day notice of cancellation must be made to receive a refund; therefore, point number one does not apply to these bookings.
