Daysy Hill Country Cottages & Cabins have elevated country views over the beautiful sea-side village of Port Campbell and picturesque Newfield Valley.They are situated at the heart of the Internationally Renowned Attractions of the Great Ocean Road:
The Twelve Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge, London Bridge, The Arch and The Grotto. All of which are part of the captivating beauty of the spectacular Southern Ocean. The stylish sandstone and cedar cottages are individually designed all with fully equipped laundries and kitchens. The property features beautiful gardens with lavendar lined walkways, complementing blue gum shaded bbq areas and contemplation spots.
The stylish indoor presentation is enhanced by owner Robert’s exquisite leadlight windows and features that depict whimisical namesake of each cottage, like Rose, Blue Wren, Daisy, Gumnut and Wattle Cottages, adding a touch of old world elegance to the modern décor. Magnificent leadlight glass decorates the cottages both inside and out and quality materials have been used throughout. High pitched oregan and pine ceilings, tassie oak polished wood flooring, pine dados and complete privacy are a backdrop for relaxing décor and quality furnishings. The different configurations of the cottages are perfect for either families or couples looking for something special, but for total seclusion and the ultimate in romance and luxury there is ‘Callistemon’ - four luxury suites, each with it’s own balcony, bequeathing breathtaking views, offer a choice of Spas and Woodfires for cosy winter days or beautiful garden settings, and are contained within a double storey building.
A Jarrah staircase leads to the upper level and is highlighted by Robert’s most ambitious and astounding piece of leadlight glass, the two metre high ‘Callistemon Lady’. The suites are romantically furnished with comfortable country style that compliments the unique setting.
Barrows, baskets, pots and beds overflow with a merry display of plants and flowers setting the scene for a relaxed visit. Three new purpose built cabins have just been added to the range of accommodation at Daysy Hill, further extending the property’s appeal and all etched against rolling green hills and within a minute's drive from the Port Campbell shopping centre and the beach.

Three deluxe cabins set in a peaceful garden with rural outlook and views overlooking the town of Port Campbell. They are located just one minutes drive from the beach and town centre. Each cabin has 2 bedrooms, providing accommodation for families and couples. One cabin suitable for 2 couples. The perfect place to rest and relax as you enjoy the splendour of The Great Ocean Road. Two Cabins have 2 bedrooms with queen bed in one bedroom and 4 single bunks in the second bedroom - sleep up to 6 persons. One Cabin has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with queen bed and the second bedroom with double bed and one single bunk - suitable for 2 couples. Sleeps up to 5 persons. Ensuite Bathroom with Shower. Fully equipped kitchen with full size stove, microwave, fridge. TV, DVD, CD. Split System Air Conditioning. All linen provided. Private Balcony. All of our cottages are fully self-contained with full kitchen facilities and linen provided. We have 23 channel Austar satellite television available free in all cottages.

Port Campbell is situated at the heart of the internationally renowned attractions of the Great Ocean Road. The township of Port Campbell has a backdrop of large limestone cliff faces in colours of bright reds from basalt soil to yellows and shades of brown, with pounding waves well known for excellent reef surfing. All of this melts into a peaceful bay which is a safe haven for the local crayfishing boats, swimmers and the ever popular surf club.
