2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with 2 singles, each bedroom has its own bathroom and a common kitchenette (small fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle), dining and loungeroom. 4 Adults, sofa beds children only. THERE IS A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM BOOKING FOR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND CHRISTMAS SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.

Should there be any heavy soil (ie vomit or other carpet stain) there will be an additional charge for carpet cleaning. This applies for all accommodation.

Cancellations:

The cancellation policy varies according to the usage. Weddings booked can be cancelled 6 months in advance with a fee of $150, anytime less than 6 months the deposit becomes non refundable. Conferences are negotiated with the manager. Accommodation bookings require $100 deposit, if cancelled less than 1 month prior the deposit is non refundable.

Administration policy on refunds: OnlineAccommodation.com.au charges a cancellation fee 10% of the booking + the $3.85 booking fee, for all cancellations in addition to any cancellations fees by the Property concerned. All cancellations fees/refunds charged by the Property must be negotiated direct with the Property Owner/Manager.

Children and Seniors are most welcome. Parents are expected to supervise children while swimming in the pool, in the games room and on the walking track as this is next to the Bellarine Peninsula Railway.

The property is manned 24 hours per day.

Getting There:

The property is located on the Bellarine Highway. Travelling from Geelong, get onto the Bellarine Highway, towards Queenscliff/ Point Lonsdale continue until Banks Road from there look out for our large brown sign on the lefthand side of the road, this gives you warning of the driveway 300mts in advance. McHarry's run a bus service from the Geelong Station to Queenscliff/Point Lonsdale, they can stop outside the property on request.

Cleanliness		These basic cabins are in a wonderful location with glorious views. They were spotlessly clean. Beds are two singles put together to make a king size, not cuddle friendly. Cleanliness		My wife and I had a wonderful stay in your esteemed guest house. It is a charming restored guest house at Point Lonsdale with very comfortable Rooms. The bathroom is well equiped as well as the room with the bar,and the TV.Also to mention outdoor pool, a tennis court & fully equuipped guest kitchen as well guest laundry. But the biggest quality of this hotel is in its staff. Peter & his wife (Owner)seems to be working on a 24 hour shift with giving complete satisfaction & always attentive to customer wishes. We wish to thank both of them for the quality of their work, always listening the customer with smile and kindness. Point lonsdale is a very beautifull place, we are planning to hold our anniversary party over there & we will return to this wonderful guest house.. Cheers mate..! Cleanliness		Very happy with accomm/location! Just one thing - due to out of town location, some single-serve spreads (butter, jam, honey, vegemite, etc.), juice, and maybe cereals would be handy for breakfast. An amusing anecdote.... after heading to bed Fri night, I heard a party (including car horns) going on outside but awoke next morning to find no evidence of - dreaming, ghosts?
